Today - for the first time
I saw a live robin hopping
in its’ natural environment
Robin with worm rocking
Isn’t that really just amazing
A robin within my garden
Why, just five minutes ago
I mowed the Stingy lawn
With a cup of satisfaction
Robin in contemplation
I realized my good deed
Mowed lawn unearth seed
Yellow breasted rocking
robin, oh what a morning!
Sun shine’s a fiery blaze
Sky cleared of any haze
I sat in the cool shade
Contemplating next move
What a joyful groove
I will send out invitations…
